Behavioral Assistance Services
Behavioral health services are clinically supervised, face-to-face healthcare interventions for children, adolescents’ and/or families who are strengthening and developing their skills in interpersonal communications, social interactions, behavioral conduct, coping, and adapting. Behavioral assistance services are concrete, outcome-oriented interventions that are components of a written, detailed plan of care approved by a licensed practitioner to restore or maintain the child or youth’s capacity to function in the home and community.
