Intensive In-Community-Master’s Level
Mater’s level IIC services are provided by a Master’s level licensed clinician (LSW or LAC). A licensed clinician provides supervision to these staff members in order to maintain compliancy with the respective State Boards for therapeutic services.
Master’s level IIC services are time-limited, clinically supervised, face-to-face interventions focused on behavior modification and symptom reduction, including, but not limited to, one or more of the following:
- Individual or family therapy;
- Allied behavioral therapies and modalities, including, but not limited to, play therapy, art therapy, drama therapy, and/or music therapy;
- Clinical consultation/evaluation;
- Psycho-educational instruction related to mental health; and
- Counseling services.
Mater level services are concrete, outcome-oriented and are components of an approved, written, detailed plan of care.
